Course

The course begins in Marymoor Park and proceeds out and back along the scenic Sammamish River Trail. It is 100% asphalt and free of any appreciable hills.

USATF Course Certification Number: WA23028RMB

There will be certified markers at each mile, as well as at the 400m mark.

The course was measured expecting runners will hit the tangents of the trail except in 3 locations:

  • The Leary Street bridge (Miles 1.3 & 11.8)
  • The 124th Street underpass (Miles 4.5 & 8.6)
  • The 145th Street underpass (Miles 6 & 7)

Stay to the right of the trail's centerline in these locations. The centerline will be denoted via a yellow solid line painted on the ground, signage, and cones. Runners are to remain on the paved portion of the trail at all times.

  • Miles 6 & 7: 100 feet south of the trail on the south end of the Northshore Athletic Fields
